What you need to know before your Texas Hill Country getaway.

Your Safety is Paramount

At Ranch 3232, our hosts strive to deliver an exceptional Texas Hill Country experience. The great outdoors awaits the moment you step outside your cabin, tent, or RV, and in order to preserve the wholesome nature of that experience we place a high priority on safety and security. Please review these policies before booking your accommodations with us.

1. Requirements to Book Lodging at Ranch 3232

Thank you for considering Ranch 3232 for your next getaway to the Texas Hill Country. Before you book accommodations directly with us, please be aware of the following requirements. In the interest of our hosts being able to contact you as well as for safety of other guests, you will need to provide some basic information in order to book a reservation.

This includes:

  • Full guest name of the person booking the reservation
  • Number of guests you intend to have
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Country of residence
  • Payment information
  • Agreement with our House Rules.

2. Security Deposit

Your reservation at Ranch 3232 may be subject to a Security Deposit hold on your credit card. We reserve the right to place this security deposit hold on your credit card at the time of the reservation. Subsequent to check-out, the hold will be removed assuming there were no observed damages to the accommodation during your stay. However, in the event of observed damages, a fee for the repairs will be charged to your credit card on file.

3. Stay Aware of the Weather

Before traveling to Ranch 3232, check the current and forecasted weather conditions, then prepare, pack, and travel accordingly. Since our campground is located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, the area can be subject to rapidly changing weather conditions. Sunscreen, wet weather gear, and first aid kits are always recommended.

Also, be sure to always have a smartphone or other mobile device handy so you have ready access to weather alerts and forecast information.

4. Campground Safety and Security

At Ranch 3232, your safety and the safety of other guests is our primary concern. We ask that you respect the rights of other guests and refrain from endangering or threatening anyone.

4.1 Causing Harm to Self and Others

All guests are prohibited from engaging in physical assault, sexual assault, sexual abuse, sexual harassment, robbery, human trafficking, domestic violence, and any other acts of violence.

4.2 Preventing Hazards and Fires

Discharging of firearms is prohibited, and you should keep all guns and other weapons fully secured at all times. 

While pets are welcome, dangerous animals are prohibited to ensure the safety of all guests.

Fires can easily ignite, particularly during periods of drought so please make sure fires are out prior to leaving. As such, smoking is prohibited at all times. Furthermore, be extremely careful when making campfires and using our BBQ grills to prevent the ignition of wildfires. PLEASE check the Blanco County website (https://www.co.blanco.tx.us/page/blanco.County.Newsfor current burn ban notification. Provided a burn ban is in effect no fires will be allowed and subject to fines by the Blanco County Fire Marshal.

4.3 Theft and Vandalism

We take pride in our campground, and ask that you refrain from acts of vandalism and theft. This also extends to the property and vehicles of other guests.

4.4 Law Enforcement Engagement

As part of our commitment to safety, we will work with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies as appropriate to help maintain safety in the campground.

5. Fairness and Respect

Ranch 3232 believes in fairness, diversity, and respect for others. We ask all guests strive to treat other guests kindly and respectfully.

5.1 Hate Speech, Harassment, and Discrimination
 We ask that all guests treat others with respect and we do not tolerate any harassment or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, sex, gender, gender identity, disability, or serious diseases. Engaging in harassing, bullying, or shaming other guests is prohibited.
5.2 Respect for the Community and Environment

Ranch 3232 has a number of common areas that may be shared by all guests, including our bathhouse, community kitchen, picnic area, and community firepit. Please strive to leave these common areas as you found them, by picking up your trash and disposing of it in the available receptacles.

If you elect to bring your pet, please be sure to clean up after them. We have pet waste bags available for your usage. Please be aware that no dogs are allowed in our Glamping Tents due to the potential for accidental damage by your pet.

During your visit, we ask you take only photographs or videos, leave only footprints, and pick up and dispose of any trash.
