During this time of extreme focus on the impacts of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), the team at Ranch 3232 is working tirelessly to keep our campground open and to work with travelers interested in canceling or rescheduling their stays with us. As such, during this health crisis we have revised our cancellation policy as follows.
Cancellations For Bookings Scheduled Through Our Website
- Cancellations 24 Hours or More Before Scheduled Check-In Time: We will work to process a 100% refund of your booking upon request.
- Cancellations Within 24 Hours of Scheduled Check-In Time: Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your booking in these cases. However, we will work with you to reschedule your booking to a mutually agreeable future date upon request.

By design, our campground with its cabins, glamping tents, tent sites, and RV sites spread around the facility, helps you comply with the “social distancing” guidelines as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the U.S. Government. We have also intensified the cleaning procedures for our cabins, glamping tents, and common areas throughout the campground.
However, in the interest of the safety for you, your family, and other travelers, please ensure you are complying with latest iteration of The President’s Coronavirus Guidelines for America.
