Coronavirus Update and Cancellation Policy
(Last Updated 05.22.2020 12:00 PM CDT)
During this time of focus on the impacts of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), the team at Ranch 3232 is working tirelessly to keep our Texas Hill Country campground open and to work with travelers interested in cancelling or rescheduling their stays with us. As such, during this health crisis we have revised our cancellation policy as follows.
Cancellations For Bookings Scheduled Through Our Website
- Cancellations 48 Hours or More Before Scheduled Check-In Time: We will work to process a 100% refund of your booking upon request.
- Cancellations Within 48 Hours of Scheduled Check-In Time: Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your booking in these cases. However, we will work with you to reschedule your booking to a mutually agreeable future date upon request. Also keep in mind that forecasted weather conditions are generally not considered a legitimate reason for cancellation without financial penalty.
As always, please contact us via [email protected] before making a cancellation so we can work with you to cooperatively get the best result for your specific situation.
Cancellations For Bookings Scheduled Through Airbnb
For all Airbnb bookings, we will follow the latest cancellation guidelines as published and updated by Airbnb.
Cancellations For Bookings Scheduled Through Glamping Hub
For all Glamping Hub bookings, we will follow the latest cancellation guidelines as published and updated by Glamping Hub.
More About Your Stay at Ranch 3232
By design, our campground with its cabins, glamping tents, tent sites, and RV sites spread around the facility, helps you comply with the “social distancing” guidelines as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the U.S. Government. We have also intensified the cleaning procedures for our cabins, glamping tents, and common areas throughout the campground.
However, in the interest of the safety for you, your family, and other travelers, please ensure you are complying with latest iteration of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines.
